Shipping time

The package is generally shipped within 1-5 business days. This does depend on the size of the package. For orders of more than 15 products, shipping may take slightly longer. If you have any questions about the shipping time, you can always contact us using the contact form.

Delivery time

Once the product has been made, we try to post the package as quickly as possible. Within the Netherlands, packages are generally delivered the working day after they have been posted.


All products are carefully packaged. The fragile products such as glasses and mugs are first packed in bubble wrap and then in a small box. The boxes are placed together in a larger box with packaging paper in between and the box has a sticker that says 'fragile'. Care is always taken to ensure that the products cannot slide in the box. Unfortunately, it can always happen that a product arrives broken, in which case I ask you to contact us immediately and send photos of the broken products and the shipping box so that we can solve this problem together.

Address entered incorrectly

If an error has been made when you entered the address, please contact us as soon as possible. The sooner you contact us, the greater the chance that the package has not yet been shipped and we can still change the address. However, if the package has already been shipped, it is not possible for us to change the address and we are not responsible for this.
However, if we make an error in the address, we ask you to contact us as soon as possible to resolve this together.
